Our new Montrose property will provide 8 new homes for large and small families. The building is slated to open to residents in July of 2023.

The Beacon will provide 21 new homes on a former parking lot. These stacked townhomes will provide a mix of two, three and four bedroom units with rents being 80% of market.

Our Riverdale project will consist of two duplexes with basement suites. The design also allows for a community garden area.
