Our Current Affordable Housing Developments
Right at Home Housing Society currently owns and manages 25 properties, located throughout the city of Edmonton. Click through the images below to learn more about each of these properties.
To apply for our housing, candidates may fill an online application.
North Glenora, Millbourne Mews, and Woodvale all have tenancy determined by our partners at Ayre & Oxford Inc.

Millbourne Mews
78 townhomes, mixed income with units at Low End of Market Rates (LEM) and other units with a Rent Geared to Income (RGI) subsidy.

Woodvale Court
42 townhomes, mixed income, with units at Low End of Market and others at Rent Geared to Income.

Ambrose Place
Located in McCauley, Ambrose Place provides 42 units of permanent supportive housing for homeless aboriginal persons with related barriers and challenges. This joint venture project is co-owned with NigiNan Housing Ventures, a charitable organization dedicated to helping aboriginal people overcome poverty and homelessness in Edmonton.

McCauley West Townhomes
A mix of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom units for families. Rents are based on income, and do not exceed 80% of market rates.

Jeanette Romaniuk Residence for Families (Elmwood Park)
A 4-unit townhouse project for large families. The townhouses offer 5-bedroom units, a rarity in Edmonton’s affordable housing market. Opened in July 2012, in the community of Elmwood Park. Rents currently do not exceed 60% of average market rental rates.

North Point
A 27-unit walk up, made up of modestly sized 1-bedroom units, including 9 barrier-free units. Rents are set at approximately 60% of average market rental rates.

Harry Holt Place
A 16-unit stacked row house with modestly sized bachelor and 1-bedroom units, for formerly homeless individuals and couples, including 2 barrier-free units. Rental rates are at below 60% of the average market rental rate.

Eastwood North
A 10-unit stacked row house for large and small families. It includes 2 barrier-free units. Rental rates do not exceed 60% of the average market rental rate.

Arts Hub 118
An integrated mixed-use affordable housing development located on Alberta Avenue. It is an artist’s cooperative that features an Arts Centre and Art Gallery on the main floor, and 16 affordable housing units on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Right at Home initiated and constructed the building. We currently maintain an ownership portion of this project, but are not involved in the day-to-day management.

Homebase
A 26-unit walkup in the community of Delton. This building provides bachelor and 1-bedroom units with a mix of affordable and long term supportive housing units. Rental rates are currently capped at 70% of the average market rental rate.

Stollery Foundation Homes for Families (Parkdale Manor South)
7 units of family housing. Rents currently do not exceed 60% of average market rental rates.

Norwood Family Housing I
Townhouse style featuring 4 units of family housing. Rents currently do not exceed 60% of average market rental rates.

Norwood Family Housing II
Townhouse style for family housing. Rents currently do not exceed 60% of average market rental rates.

Norwood Family Housing III
Townhouse style featuring 8 units of family housing. Rents currently do not exceed 60% of average market rental rates.

Rotary Millennium House
A 25-unit walk up apartment in south McCauley. Rents currently do not exceed 60% of average market rental rates.

Marie’s Place
A 6-unit Rent Geared to Income (RGI) townhouses in Boyle Street.

Boyle Street South
Features 20 Rent Geared to Income (RGI) bachelor units for singles housing.

Central Boyle Street Family Housing
A 20-unit Rent Geared to Income (RGI) family housing project. Townhouse style, split over three sites in the Boyle Street Community.

McCauley West for Large Families
A Rent Geared to Income (RGI), row housing fourplex, of 4 and 5-bedroom units, for larger families.

North McCauley Residence
A renovated duplex. This was our first family housing project. It is a small Rent Geared to Income (RGI) development.

McCauley Elms
A 24-unit Rent Geared to Income (RGI) apartment of one-bedrooms for singles.

Auclair Manor
A 26-unit Rent Geared to Income (RGI) apartment. It provides one bedroom, bachelor and house-keeping rooms.

Eastwood Heights
34 Rent Geared to Income housing units (RGI). A mix of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units.
The property is owned by the Province of Alberta, and managed by Right at Home in partnership with the Capital Region Housing Corporation.

82 St Corner Homes
A 14-unit apartment with rents not exceeding 60% of the average market rental rate.. It provides bachelor and one bedroom suites.

North Glenora Townhomes
This 16-unit townhome is the largest net-zero multi-family housing built in Canada. Steps away from the Coronation School, with a worship space and daycare on the property, it is a celebrated project for Right at Home.

Belvedere Supportive Housing
A mix of family and individual units, this 42-unit complex serves over 60 people experiencing homelessness a stable home. Our Belvedere project is managed in partnership with Niginan Housing Ventures and provides culturally appropriate support programs.

Millbourne Mews
