Community Space Within the Walls

The Westwood apartment building includes 8 one-bedroom units and 8-two bedroom units for small families, with 3600 square feet of community space on the lower floor that will be used to create a sense of community within the building as families can enjoy gatherings. Office space is included in the basement for a support worker who will provide counseling services to those who are in need of extra support.
Right at Home is managing this building in partnership with some units available for WINGS of Providence (supporting small families leaving domestic violence) and the Multicultural Health Brokers Cooperative (supporting new Canadians with low income). Units will be available at affordable rents, and operated under our supportive management model. We would like to extend our thanks to the City of Edmonton and Stollery Family Foundation for their financial contributions to the development of our Westwood apartment complex.

Our housing is available on a first come, first served basis. Please note that due to our housing being a long-term service, our vacancy rate is low and it may take up to four years for an applicant to reach the top of the wait list.
