The Joint Venture

Ambrose Place is a joint venture with Niginan Housing Ventures, who manage relationships with our tenants. Using a housing first approach, Ambrose Place provides housing and support services within a culturally sensitive environment to Indigenous Edmontonians who are struggling with housing security. Fourteen of the units are dedicated for those seeking safe, affordable housing and the remaining twenty eight units involve a supportive housing approach.

A Supportive Model

Our housing is available on a first come, first served basis. Please note that due to our housing being a long-term service, our vacancy rate is low and it may take up to four years for an applicant to reach the top of the wait list.
