Right at Home Housing Society’s Casino is Fast Approaching
We are looking for supporters to join our casino fundraiser and fill a remaining eight volunteer positions. The fundraiser will be one of the largest monetary supports for Right at Home Housing Society’s housing development for future tenants.
Where is the fundraiser?
Date: June 12, and 13th
**You will not be expected to volunteer for both days
Where: The Grande Villa Casino will host our fundraiser, and is located at 10224 104 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB
What do we need from our volunteers?
As a volunteer, commitment to our casino fundraiser as a means to support our organization’s goals is key. A supervisor will be on hand at all times and will direct you for the job you have signed up for if you have any questions. We will provide taxi vouchers to aid with transportation for night shifts. The remaining positions are outlined, as well as the time slots for which you will be scheduled. Please contact us if you would like to help us achieve our fundraising goals.
What will our volunteers achieve?
You will become a part of a larger ripple effect by contributing to our casino fundraiser. Our previous casino contributed to the current development of our North Glenora project, in addition to our supportive management model. The funds raised will go to future housing development and further assist us in aiding those facing poverty, transforming their life’s story into one of success.
